Setting up class timetables on the SchoolNotion App

You can create a timetable for every class and arm you have set up on the app. Start by downloading an Excel template from the app (which you can modify to suit your school’s activities), after which you'll then upload it to the app.

Procedure

Download Excel Template

1. Go to the control panel on the SchoolNotion app;
2. Click on Timetable Management;
3. A list of the classes you have set up in the app will be displayed;

4. Click on the class you want to set up a timetable for;

5.Click on the three dots at the top-right of the page;

6. Select Download Excel Template.

The file is downloaded to your device. Open it and modify it to suit your school's activities.

Uploading the Class Timetable

1. Repeat steps 1 - 4 above;
2. Select Arm/Division if the class has an arm/division or No Arm/Division if it doesn't;

3. Click on upload file;

It takes you to your device storage, select the timetable on your device and it will be uploaded.
